The Finance Department of Jammu and Kashmir on December 17, 2020 has issued a notification specifying that the Section 39 (a) and 39 (b) of Jammu and Kashmir Goods and Service Tax which specifies the furnishing of returns shall be implemented from November 10, 2020.
