The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) on December 02, 2020 has issued a notification imposing anti-dumping duty on Toluene Di-Isocyanate having isomer content in the ratio of 80:20 originating in or exported from European Union, Saudi Arabia, Chinese Taipei and United Arab Emirates and imported into India. The provisional anti-dumping duty imposed under this notification shall be effective for a period of 6 months from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette and shall be payable in Indian currency.
