The Finance Department of Jammu and Kashmir on December 04, 2020 has issued a notification directing that the Amendments made in the Stamp Act, 1977 by virtue of the Jammu and Kashmir Re-organization (Adoption of State Laws), Fifth Order 2020 shall come into force from July 01, 2020.
